Birthdays

We celebrate student’s birthday (or half-birthday) by announcing their name on the intercom and a birthday pencil from the office. District 135 policy is that no food treat or treat bags are permitted.

If you would like to donate a book to the class or library in your child’s name, it would be greatly appreciated. Another alternative would be to donate a game to the class for indoor recess. Please do not send birthday invitations to pass out at school unless every child in the class is invited.
